ABIRU JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is an appeal against the judgment of the Federal High Court sitting in Kaduna in suit No. FHC/KD/CS/123/2011, delivered by Honourable Justice Ijeoma L. Ojukwu on 18 January 2012. The appellant, as applicant, commenced the action in the lower court under the Fundamental Rights (Enforcement Procedure ) Rules, 2009 and her prayers were; for:
