A declaration that the applicant was denied the right to fair hearing by the Faculty of Science Examination Malpractices Committee, also known as Examination Regulations and Irregularities Committee set up by the respondent to investigate examination malpractice and this constitutes a violation of the applicant’s fundamental rights guaranteed under section 36 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 and Article 7 of the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Right (Ratification and Enforcement) Act, Cap. 10, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004 and is therefore illegal a…
