JUDGMENT

Per his writ of summons dated the 2nd day of February 2014 the Plaintiff claims the following  reliefs against the Defendants jointly and severally as follows: 

1. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land containing an approximate area of  4.13acres, situate, lying and being at Nmai Dzorn, Teshie within the city of Accra in  the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana and bounded on the North-East by  Lessor’s land measuring 360 feet more or less, on the South East by proposed road  measuring 500 feet more or less, on South-West by Lessor’s land measuring 360 feet  more or less and on the North East by proposed road measuring 500 feet more or less which said piece of land is more particularly delineated on the plan attached hereto and  thereon edged pink. 

2. General Damages for trespass
