JUDGMENT
Plaintiff instituted this action against the Defendants on 25th June 2014. Plaintiff’s claim is for the following reliefs:
i. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate lying and being at Nungua Baatsonaa in Accra in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana and bounded on the North-East measuring 310 feet more or less on the South-West measuring 310 feet more or less on the North-West measuring 420 feet more or less on the East measuring 420 feet more or less and covering an approximate area of 2.99 acres, and all that piece or parcel of land situate lying and being at Baatsonaa Accra containing an approximate area of 2.72 acres more or less and on the North by proposed road measuring 292 feet more or less on the South by Assignor’s land measuring 301 feet more or less on the East by Assignor’s land measuring 395 feet more or less and on the West by Assignor’s land measuring 405 feet more or less.
