JUDGMENT
The Plaintiffs in an Amended Writ of Summons and Statement of claim filed on 22nd May 2015, claim the following against the Defendant:
a. Declaration of title to H/No. C3/4 aka Circle Clinic, Kokomlemle
b. Recovery of possession of H/No. C3/4
c. Perpetual Injunction
The Plaintiffs are the administrators of the estate of James Quartey alias Nana Okutwer Bekoe who died intestate in Accra on 17th October 1998. They claim that the deceased who was the National Chairman of the Peoples National Party (PNP) between 1979 and 1981 owned a number of properties including the house in dispute which he bought from one J.J. Abdilmasih and wanted to renovate and use it as an office for the PNP. After he paid for the property which comprised two houses on one compound known as H/No. C3/4, his grantor introduced him to the tenants as their new Landlord.
