JAURO JCA (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The applicant herein filed in this application on 12 May 2008 praying this honourable court for the following orders:
“An order enlarging the time within which the appellant/ applicant may apply for leave to appeal against the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, Ikeja, delivered on 18April 2007.
An order granting leave to the appellant/applicant to appeal against the ruling of the Lagos State Court, Ikeja, delivered on 18April 2007.
An order extending time within which the appellant/applicant may appeal against the ruling of the Lagos State High Court,
Ikeja, delivered on 18April 2007.
Leave to appeal on grounds of fact and mixed law and facts.
And for such further or other orders as this honourable court may deem fit in the circumstances.”
