Kasango, J in a judgment rendered on 6^th November, 2014 ordered the applicants herein to provide to the respondent with all documents necessary to effect transfer of parcels of land known as KWALE/GALU KINONDO/ 1174, 1175, 1176 and 1177 and in default of this, the Deputy Registrar of the High Court would execute the transfer on behalf of the applicants.
