J U D G M E N T 

The Petitioner is seeking the dissolution of the marriage contracted between herself and the Respondent on grounds of the unreasonable conduct of the  Respondent. 

The Petitioner per the Petition filed on 17th June, 2014, is seeking the  following reliefs. 

i. That the marriage celebrated between the parties on 26th of February, 2004 be dissolved as having broken down beyond reconciliation. 

ii. A declaration that the Petitioner has 50% interest in Flat OIA, SSNIT Flat at Community 3, Site A, Block B, Tema. 

iii. Order for maintenance of the two children including the payment of their school fees.

iv. An order for the Respondent to vacate the matrimonial home

v. Petitioner be given custody of Mawulom.
