RULING 

At the Pre-trial and Case Management hearing of this Petition conducted on 20th January, 2021, this Court settled the issues for trial arising out of the Petition and answers and gave directions for the hearing of the Petition. 

The Petitioner was ordered to file the Witness Statements he intends to rely on by Thursday the 21st of January, 2021. The Respondents were to file their Witness Statements by Friday 22nd January, 2021 and file their submissions on the preliminary legal objections they had raised to the Petition in their answers on the same date. 

The Petitioner was to file his response to the submissions on the Preliminary legal objections by 25th January, 2021. We note that all the parties have complied with the Pre trial directions of this court save the Petitioner. The Petitioner has filed an application for Stay of Proceedings pending the hearing of an application for review of his earlier motion to serve interrogatories on 1st Respondent.
