Chief Agbo Egaji Abel (the Beaded Clan Head of Ifu-Akpa) and Ors, delivered on 9/10/2019, in which the claims of the 1st Respondent as Claimant against one Chief Agbo Egaji Abel (Deceased), and the 2nd - 5th Respondents were granted.

On 18/11/2021, the Applicant filed a Motion on Notice seeking the leave of this Court to appeal as an interested party against the judgment of the lower Court delivered on 9/10/2019.
