JUDGMENT

DEKYEM, J.

Plaintiffs per the endorsement on their writ of summons claim the following  reliefs: 

a. A declaration that the Defendant has violated the constitutional rights of the  Plaintiffs. 

b. A declaration that the Defendant has violated the economic rights of the  Plaintiffs.

c. A declaration that the Defendant is in breach of the Labour. 

d. A declaration that Defendant failed to treat Plaintiffs same way as other  permanent employees of the Defendant are treated. 

e. A declaration that the Allocation of Plaintiffs to Capital Group for deployment  back to the Defendant without their prior consent amounts to the unfair  termination of the employment of the Plaintiffs. 

f. A declaration that Plaintiffs have by law attained permanent status as employees  of the Defendant. 

g. An order directed at the Defendant to regularize the employment of the Plaintiffs.
