JUDGMENT
WOOD, J.
The Plaintiffs on 24th May 2012 sued out a writ of summons and statement of claim against the Defendants for the reliefs of:
1. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land described in the schedule to the statement of claim.
2. Recovery of Possession.
3. Perpetual Injunction against the Defendants, their assigns, workmen or agents from howsoever interfering with Plaintiff’s quiet enjoyment of the land.
4. General damages
The Defendants resisted by filing a statement of defence on 31st July 2012. The Plaintiffs filed a reply on 29th April 2013.
The following issues were set down for determination:
1. Whether or not the Plaintiffs have been in possession of the disputed land since 1996.
2. Whether or not the regularisation of their title to the land by Nii Kwashie Gborlor has been nullified.
3. Whether or not any alleged interest of the Defendants is extinguished by virtue of the Limitation Act, 1972 (NRCD 54)
