J U D G M E N T
By his writ filed on the 28th of September, 2016, the Plaintiff sued the Defendants for:
a) Declaration of title to all that piece and parcel of land situate and lying at New Legon Estate Annex, Frafraha in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana on the part of Accra Dodowa road and known as plots number 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 and bounded on the North by proposed road measuring 225 feet more or less on the East by plot numbers 23 and 24 measuring 200 feet more or less on the South by a proposed road measuring 30 feet more or less on the West by a proposed road measuring 170 feet more or less and on the North West by a proposed road measuring 30 feet more or less and containing an approximate area of 1.10 acres more or less.
b) Recovery of possession.
c) Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants, heir agents, assigns, privies and workmen from dealing with the land in anyway detrimental to the interest of the Plaintiff
