JUDGMENT

CHARWAY, J.

The Plaintiff, Jonathan Obodai Sai, is an estate developer, while the Defendants are the  Attorney General, the Minister of Defence and the Chief of the Defence Staff. The facts of  this case are that by a deed of lease dated 20th November 2009 made between the East  Dadekotopon Development Trust (hereafter referred to as EDDT) (lessors therein) and the Plaintiff (lessee therein), the Plaintiff acquired a parcel of land of approximately 11.822 acres  in size. He subsequently registered his interest in the land and obtained a land certificate  number GA 44239 which was issued on 30th May 2014.  

According to the Plaintiff, his grantors, EDDT, sued the Defendants herein in a suit entitled  East Dadekotopon Development Trust v. The Attorney General and 3 others (Suit NO.  IRL/391/10).
