The applicant, Judith Jemeli Kese has, in the Motion dated 31st March, 2017 prayed that I extend time within which a Notice of Appeal should have been filed to challenge the Judgment of the Employment and Labour Relations Court delivered on 21st February, 2017 by D.K. Njagi Marete, J.
