JUDGMENT
AGBEVEY, J.
Juliana Darko (hereinafter called the Petitioner) and Stephen Baffour Darko (hereinafter called the Respondent) were married on the 2nd day of February, 2002 under the Marriage Ordinance (Cap 127) (1951 Rev.) at the New Life Zion Ministry at Teshie-Nungua. There are no issues of the marriage even though each of the parties had a child prior to the marriage.
The petition was initially filed on the 14th day of May, 2014 but by an amended petition filed on the 28th day of March 2015, the Petitioner on grounds that the Respondent has behaved in such a way that she cannot reasonably be expected to live with the Respondent as he has caused the Petitioner much anxiety, distress, fear and embarrassment is praying the Court for the following reliefs:
(a) That the marriage between the petitioner and the Respondent be dissolved.
(b) Financial settlement of one thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢100,000.00).
(c) Costs
The Respondent filed an Answer on the 5th day of August 2014.…
