J U D G M E N T
The Plaintiff on 17th of October, 2018, instituted an action against the Defendant for the following reliefs:
a) Recover of the sum of GH¢91, 000 being total investment due the Plaintiff as at 23rd March, 2018.
b) Interest on the said amount at the prevailing bank rate from the 23rd March, 2018 till date of final payment.
c) Cost.
The gravamen of the action is contained in paragraphs 3 to 9 of the Plaintiff’s Statement of Claim, a summation of which is as follows:

According to the Plaintiff, he purchased a seventy thousand Ghana Cedis worth of the Defendant’s gold investment in 2017. The investment was for a period of three hundred and sixty-five days at an interest rate of 30%, maturing on 23rd March, 2018.
