JUDGMENT 

This docket consists of four suits which have been consolidated; the Court will deal with cases A, and B together, since they were on one writ and relate to the same land and then deal with case C and then case D. 

CASES A AND B  

The plaintiff’s claim against the defendants is for: 

a. “An order for 2nd defendant (SHC) to withdraw any consent to 1st defendant to enter plot No.TF 29A South Odorkor as being  obtained by fraud. 

b. An order that the structures on the said plot were properties of  plaintiff. 

c. An order of injunction against 1st defendant 

d. An order for the payment of damages by 1st defendant of the said  building and conversion of material therefrom.” 

The Plaintiff I K Fraikue in his amended statement of claim filed on  16/12/2005 avers to be the owner of a parcel of land described as Plot  No. TF29A, also known as Plot number 33 situate at South Odorkor  containing 0.32 acre of land.
