IBRAHIM SHATA BDLIYA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The applicant (KABO AIR LIMITED), filed motion on Notice on the 16th of April, 2017, praying this Court (Court of Appeal, Kaduna Division), for the following Orders:
