ABDU ABOKI, J.C.A. (Delivering the lead Ruling): The Applicant Prince Buruji Kashamu filed this motion on Notice on 10th July, 2013 at the Registry of this Court praying the Court for the following:
"1. AN ORDER setting aside the judgment of this Honourable Court delivered on the 2nd day of July, 2013 in these Proceedings.
2. AND for such further or other order(s) as this Honourable Court may deem fit to make in the circumstances"
The Applicant relied on fifteen (15) grounds filed in support of the application.
