JUDGMENT

The wife Petitioner seeks the dissolution of the marriage celebrated between herself and the Respondent on the grounds of unreasonable behaviour. She therefore prays for the following reliefs:
i. For the dissolution of the marriage.
ii. An order that the matrimonial home which is a four bedroom house located at Amrahia in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana which is in the joint names of the parties be shared equally between the Parties.
iii. An order that a similar house also constructed during the subsistence of the Marriage in Akrofo Xeviefe which is the Respondent’s hometown be shared equally between the parties.
iv. An order that the four acres farm land acquired in the joint names of the parties at Ayikuma in the Dangme West district off the Dodowa Road in the Greater Accra region be shared equally between the parties.
v. Hyundai Santafe purchased with registration number GC 5444-11 during the subsistence of the marriage be sold and the pr…
