JUDGMENT 

The plaintiff per its amended writ claims against the defendants the  following reliefs: 

1. “Declaration of title to all that piece and parcel of land lying and  situate at the Tema Motorway Industrial Area and bounded on the  North-East by unnumbered plot on the South-East by plot number  MC41 on the South-West by unnumbered plot and on the North West by the Spintex Road. 

2. An order directed at the defendants to yield vacant possession of  the land described above to the plaintiff. 

3. Special Damages totalling GH₵321,391.00 from 2008 to date being  cost of alternative showroom space in City Car Parks Limited  property Accra Central. 

4. Damages for trespass 

5. Costs including solicitors fees”
