RULING

1. In the application dated 24th February 2021 expressed to be brought under the provisions of Article 164(3) of the Constitution of Kenya, sections 3, 3A and 3B of the Appellate Jurisdiction Act Cap 9, Rules 5(2)(b), 39(b), 41, 42 and 43 of the Court of Appeal Rules 2010, the applicant seeks the following orders:
