AMPIAH J. A.: The plaintiff by his writ of summons claims from the defendant-company:

(a). “Delivery by the defendants to the plaintiff of his walled piece or parcel of land situate and lying at Teshie in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana and more particularly described in the statement of claim attached hereto for the reason that the plaintiff requires same for development for the use of himself and his family, proper notice to determine the agreement for the defendants’ occupation of the said land having been given by the plaintiff to the defendants.

(b). Payment of mesne profits from the defendants to the plaintiff from 1 June 1984 to the date of delivery up of possession of the said walled piece or parcel of land by the defendants to the plaintiff.

(c). ¢100,000 damages for breaches of covenant as specified in the attached statement of claim.”
