The plaintiff, Kingdom Hope Avenue School, instituted this  action by its attorney, Watson Tugbenyo Klutse, against the  defendants for a declaration of title to a parcel of land  located at Ayikai Doblo in the Ga West District of the Greater  Accra Region. The land in issue was described in the statement of claim as a 9.952 acre land “bounded on the  Northwest by a proposed road measuring 712.1 feet more or  less, on the South East by lessor’s land measuring 714.0 feet  more or less, on the North East by lessor’s land measuring  610.2 feet more or less, on South West by lessor’s land  measuring 607.2 feet more or less which is delineated on the  site plan edged pink”
