JUDGMENT

The Plaintiffs are siblings and claimed ownership of the Mercedes Benz mini bus with registration No. GW 8805-17 which vehicle was seized or caused to be seized by the defunct Defendant Company Legacy Capital Savings and Loans Ltd. The Plaintiffs claimed the vehicle was used for commercial purposes before same was seized or caused to be seized by the Defendant. The Plaintiffs in an amended writ of summons accompanied by an amended statement of claim filed on 24 March, 2022 claimed the following reliefs from the Defendant:

1.  An order directed at the Defendant to deliver the said vehicle to the Plaintiffs in its state and form at the time of the seizure and detention.

2. Payment of accumulated daily sales of Two Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 250.00) per day with interest at the prevailing Commercial bank rate from the date of seizure and detention till the date of final delivery of same to the Plaintiffs.
