JUDGMENT
SITTIE, J.
Plaintiff issued this Writ of against the Defendants per his lawful Attorney James Owusu on 16th October 2012 for the following reliefs:
1. Declaration of title to the land in dispute described in the Statement of Claim as all that piece or parcel of land situate lying and being at Gbawe North-East in the Ga District of the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana, bounded on the North West by a proposed road measuring 65 feet more or less, on the North-East by Gbawe Kwatei Family property measuring 140 feet more or less on the South-East by Gbawe Kwatei Family property measuring 110 feet more or less, on the South-West by Gbawe Kwatei’s Family property measuring 140 feet more or less and containing an approximate area of 0.28 acres.
2. Recovery of possession.
3. An order directed at the 3rd Defendant to register the Plaintiff’s interest in the land.
