JUDGMENT
ADDO, J.
The Plaintiff instituted this action on 20th December, 2017, against the Defendant for the following reliefs:
i. An order for the valuation and sale of Property No. 160 Kanda Estate, and Accra in the open market by way of private treaty subject to the fair market price determined after valuation and distribution of the sale proceeds among all beneficiaries of the estates after all legitimate deductions due from and/or all beneficiaries have been made.
IN THE ALTERNATIVE
ii. An order directed at the Defendant to buy out the Plaintiff by paying his share of the property to him in accordance with the fair market value determined after valuation of the property.
iii. An order directing the Defendant to faithfully and fully account for all moneys, assets and/or rent received from tenants in occupation of property No 160, Kanda Estates Accra, and a further order directing the Defendant to refund Plaintiff‟s share of such moneys, assets or rent to the Plaintiff.
