UZO IFEYINWA NDUKWE-ANYANWU, J.C.A.(Delivering the Leading judgment): This is an appeal against the ruling of the Ondo State High Court delivered on the 2nd day of April, 2012 by Hon. Justice N. S. Adeyanju.
By a Writ of Summons together with an Amended Statement of Claim dated 7th June, 2006, the Plaintiff now Appellant claimed against the Defendants now Respondents as follows:
