OLUDOTUN ADEBOLA ADEFOPE-OKOJIE, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of the High Court of Kaduna State delivered by Hon. Justice M.L. Bello on the 18th day of March 2014 in favour of the Respondent, as Plaintiff before the Court. Aggrieved, the Defendant, Appellant herein, appealed by Notice of Appeal dated 2nd June 2014 and filed on 3rd June 2014.
The claim of the Respondent before the lower Court, by his Statement of Claim dated 25th March 2011 and contained at Pages 3-6 of the Record of Appeal, was for the following:
