JUDGMENT
BATU, J.
This suit began with a claim by the Plaintiff jointly and severally against the Defendants for:
“(a) Declaration of title to over 15000 acres of land at Oyarifa, Adenta and Frafraha including al that piece or parcel of land, situate or laying and being at Oyarifa, Accra particularly the 118-81 (one hundred and eighteen decimal point eighty-one) 47.28 hectares (forty-nine decimal point twenty-eight), which 1st to 4th Defendants are seeking to register.
(b) An order for cancellation and withdrawal of their application therefore.
(c) An order for the cancellation of the grants made by the 5th to the 10th Defendants to third parties jointly and severally, that is:
(i) Lease dated 10/5/2005 from Samuel Adjei Okpoti to Diana Wilson registered
(ii) Lease dated 10/5/2005 from Samuel Adjei Okpoti and Klotia Akpor Sowah.
(iii) Declaration dated 17/3/1977 to Nii Sowah Oblie.
(iv) Deed of Gift dated 9/4/2004 from Nii Adjei Okpoti Abokobi to Owusu We Family.
