NZEAKO, JCA (Delivering the Lead Judgment): At the High Court of Justice sitting at Michika in Adamawa State of Nigeria in its appellate jurisdiction, Bansi C. J. and Mubi J., delivered judgment on 12th July, 1993 in an appeal in a civil claim earlier determined by the Upper Area A Court, Michika. In the judgment, the said High Court dismissed the appeal of the plaintiff/appellant in that court, who is also the appellant before this court. The claim of the plaintiff at the Upper Area Court was for declaration of title to farm land said to be situate and lying at Wuro Nayadi in Madagali Local Government Area of Adamawa State. He claimed N30,000.00 for trespass and also claimed injunction. The defendants who were the respondents in the High Court and now, also in this appeal, then denied liability.
