JUDGMENT
Per the amended writ of summons of the Plaintiffs dated the 9th day of December 2005, the 1st Plaintiff is claiming jointly and severally against the Defendants the following reliefs:
i. A pre-accident value of GH¢12,000,000 being the replaceable value of Benz 207 bus damaged beyond economic repairs.
ii. GH¢70 per day being loss of income from the day of the accident till the date of final judgment.
iii. Interest on the said amount at the current bank rate from the date of accident to date of final payment.
iv. Costs.
The 2nd Plaintiff also claims against the Defendants jointly and severally as follows:
i. An amount of GH¢4600 being the cost of repairs of his Benz Vinto bus damaged as a result of the accident.
ii. Cost at GH¢60 per day being cost of income from the date of the accident to date of final judgment.
iii. Interest on the said amount at the current bank rate from the date of accident till the date of final judgment.
iv. Cost.
