JUDGMENT

TETTEH-CHARWAY, J.

The Plaintiffs caused a writ of summons to be issued against the Defendants for the following  reliefs;  

1. Declaration that the piece or parcel of land in dispute on which Plaintiffs have  built their respective houses are their bona fide self-acquired property 2. Declaration that the said individual houses have been needlessly trespassed upon  by the wrongful action of the Defendants herein 

3. Declaration that by obtaining the alleged judgment in default of defence against  their individual interests the Defendants herein have committed trespass against  their individual properties 

4. Special damages 

(a) Professional legal fees of Counsel for services rendered - GH¢6,000.00 (b) Legal expenses of Counsel - GH¢3,000.00 (c) Expenses incurred by Plaintiffs - GH¢15,000.00 (d) Transportation Expenses - GH¢10,000.00  

5. General damages for trespass, intimidation and embarrassment
