In this appeal the plaintiff claimed as chief of Nsuaim from the defendants the sum of £340 due and owing by the defendants to the plaintiffs, as per particulars of claim as follows -
Copy of promissory note:-
“One year after date I the undersigned Cobina Yandor with my securities Cobina Manful, Quao Essumie, Cudjoe Chamie, Quao Essumah, Quamin Ayan and Quamina Inkroomah both of Pattasie and Egimaku loaned from Chief Kofi Chinbuah of Insuaim cash the sum of two hundred and fifty pounds (£250) interest ninety pounds (£90) total three hundred and forty pounds (£340) to be paid at the specified above. Should I with my securities mentioned decline or fail to make up such payment we are liable in any way to be legally prosecuted in any Court of Justice for same."
