RULING

ASUMAN-ADU, J.

The Plaintiff/Respondent issued out writ of summons against the Defendants/Respondents on 12th March, 2010 claiming as follows:

a. A declaration that the purported emergency shareholders meeting held on 7th January 2010 was illegal.

b. A declaration that the removal of the Plaintiff as Managing Director of Sege Salt Works Ltd by the Defendants on 7th January 2010 is unlawful, null and void as being in breach of the rules of natural justice.

c. An order setting aside the removal of the Plaintiff aforesaid.

d. An order for an account by the Defendants of their management of the company from 8th January 2010 to date.

e. An order of perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants from interfering with the Plaintiff’s role as Managing Director of Sege Salt Works Ltd.

f. Costs of these proceedings including lawyers’ fees.
