MOHAMMED LAWAL GARBA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the High Court of Lagos State delivered on 31st March, 2015 in the Respondents' Suit No. ID/746/ 2008 in his favour and it is brought by Appellants on four (4) grounds of dissatisfaction contained on the Notice of Appeal dated the 15th June, 2015.
In the Appellants' brief filed on the 17th, May 2017, two (2) issues were distilled for decision in the appeal as follows: -
