ADEBUKUNOLA ADEOTI BANJOKO, JCA (DELIVERING THE LEADING JUDGMENT): This is an Interlocutory Appeal against the Ruling of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja delivered by Honourable Justice O. A. Musa in Suit No: FCT/HC/277/2020 on the 21st of June, 2022 which can be seen at Pages 332 to 338 of the Records of Appeal.
