Alhaja Rafatu Lawal and/or Declaration granting the right to the plaintiff to manage and collect rents in respect of the 4 rooms on the top floor of the property situate at 2A, Abiodun Street, Mushin, for 3 years commencing from 1 November 1994 to 31 October 1997 in satisfaction of her contribution to securethe land and properties all situate at 2A, Abiodun Street, Mushin, upon which an action was filed against the plaintiff.
