JUDGEMENT

The Plaintiff instituted the instant action jointly and severally against the Defendants for the reliefs set out below:

a) A declaration that upon a reconciliation of accounts between the Plaintiff and the Defendants, the Plaintiff is indebted to the 1st Defendant Company in the sum of three thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢3,000.00).

b) An order that the Plaintiff pays the sum of three thousand Ghana Cedis to the 1st Defendant Company in full and final satisfaction of the Plaintiff’s indebtedness to 1st Defendant Company based on the contract.

c) An order for accounts.

d) An injunction to restrain the Defendants either by themselves or by their servants or agents or howsoever, from using unlawful means to detain the Plaintiff or Plaintiff’s petrol tanker.
