MUDASHIRU NASIRU ONIYANGI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This Ruling is predicated on the application by the Appellant/Applicant which is by way of Motion on Notice brought pursuant to Orders 6 Rule 1, and 9 of the Court of Appeal Rules 2016 and under the inherent jurisdiction of the Court seeking for the following orders:
