JUDGMENT
This suit commenced by writ in the registry of this court on 21st June 2022. The plaintiff claims against the defendant the following reliefs;
a) A declaration that the defendant has trespassed on the plaintiff’s land.
b) An order for recovery of possession of any portion of the plaintiff’s land trespassed upon by the defendant.
c) Perpetual injunction restraining the defendant, his agents, assigns and servants from interfering in any way with the plaintiff’s use quiet enjoyment or possession of her lands
d) Damages for trespass against the defendant
e) Costs on a full indemnity basis
THE PLAINTIFF’S CLAIM
The plaintiff asserts that she is the legal and beneficial owner of 183.08 acres of land situate at Afiadenyigba, located between Mataheko and Afienya on the Tema Akosombo road whilst the defendant is a trespasser on the said land.
