HABEEB ADEWALE OLUMUYIWA ABIRU, JCA (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The Applicants filed before this Court a motion on notice dated the 30th of March, 2017 on the 31st of March, 2017 and they prayed for:
i. An order extending time for the Applicants within which to seek leave to appeal against the interlocutory decisions of the Bauchi State High Court delivered by the Honorable Justice L. K, Umar on the 20th of July, 2016, 29th of November, 2016, 30th of January, 2011 and 20th of February 2017, in suit No BA/204M/2016 - Hassan Y. Lisafi and Anor v. Alhaji Muhammadu Sakir and 3 Ors.
ii. An order granting leave to he Applicants to appeal against the interlocutory decisions of the Bauchi State High Court delivered by the Honorable Justice L. K, Umar on the 20th of July, 2016, 29th of November, 2016, 30th of January 2017 and 20th of February 2017, in Suit No BA/204M/2016 Hassan Y. Lisafi and Anor v. Alhaji Muhammadu Sakir and 3 ors.
