TUNDE OYEBANJI AWOTOYE, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is the judgment in respect of the appeal filed by the appellant against the judgment of Plateau State High Court delivered on 29th January, 2018 in suit No. PLD/J225/2015.
The claim of the plaintiff now appellant in this Court is as per paragraph 15 of its statement of claim which reads thus:
