JUDGMENT

The Plaintiff commenced this action against one Alhajia Maimuna Farouk (Deceased) as 1^st Defendant and 2^nd and 3^rd Defendants herein on 5^th May 1998 for the following reliefs:

(a) Declaration that the attachment and subsequent sale of House No. B. 558/33 Kwashieman allegedly the property of the 2^nd Defendant by the 1^st Defendant was wrongful.

(b) A declaration that as at the time of the said attachment and sale of House No. B. 558/33 Kwashieman, the Judgment debtor, 2^nd Defendant herein had no attachable interest in the said property.

(c) An order to set aside the said sale.

(d) General damages against the 1^st and 2^nd Defendants for wrongful attachment and sale of House No. B. 558/33 Kwashieman.

(e) Declaration of title by virtue of a Deed of Assignment dated 5^th day of November, 1995 that Plaintiff is the owner of the said House No. B. 558/33 Kwashieman, Accra.

(f) Perpetual injunction severally and jointly against the Defendants, their servants, assigns, etc for in any way claimin…
