UCHECHUKWU ONYEMENAM, J.C.A.(Delivering the Lead Ruling):This application is sequence to the Ruling of this Court delivered on 29th June, 2016 in Motion No. CA/J/118M/2015 granting leave to the Respondent to file Notice of Appeal against the judgment of the National Industrial Court, delivered on 4th March, 2015 in suit No. NICN/JOS/26/2013.
