ADEREMI JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The appeal here is against the final judgment delivered on the 18th February, 2000 by the High Court of Lagos State, Lagos Judicial Division in Suit No. LD/2673/98. There had been two appeals against two separate rulings in two interlocutory matters which rulings were delivered on the 15th January, 1999 and 26th February, 1999 respectively.
