HABEEB ADEWALE OLUMUYIWA ABIRU, J.C.A.(Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the Plateau State High Court sitting in Jos in Suit No PLD/J/295/2008 delivered by Honorable Justice Y. B. Nimpar on the 4th of March, 2014. The Respondent was plaintiff in the lower Court and his claims against the Appellants were for: -

i. A declaration that the acts of the defendants jointly and severally in coming upon the plaintiff's rented premises situate and being at No C25, choji Zang Street, Unity junction Jos, forcefully removing his pure water machines and equipment and renting the premise to a Pastor Menshak Anyankwu constitutes trespass.

ii. An order on injunction restraining the defendants either by themselves, their servants, privies and/or any other person however described from forcefully evicting the plaintiff from the aforesaid premises.

iii. An order directing the defendants to return the plaintiff's pure water equipment which they carried away and install …
