ADEREMI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Ruling): By their application dated and filed on the 10th of October 2002, the applicants are praying this court for the following orders:-

1.Extension of time to appeal against the decision of theLagos High Court delivered on the 22nd day of April,2002 in suit No. LD/256/89.

2.Extension of time to seek leave to appeal against the decision of the High Court on grounds of mixed law and fact contained in the proposed notice and groundsof appeal attached to the affidavit in support of the application and marked as exhibit "C".

3.Leave to appeal on the grounds of mixed law and fact from the said ruling/decision of the Lagos State High- Court.

4.Deeming as properly filed the original notice of appeal marked as exhibit C attached to the affidavit in support

of this application, the prescribed fees having being paid.
