JUDGEMENT 

On the 11th day of July, 2012, the Plaintiff instituted the present action claiming the  following reliefs against the Defendants: 

a. An order to set aside the judgment of the High Court in Suit No. IRL/77/2008 dated  the 14th day of January, 2009, since same was obtained by fraud. 

b. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate lying and being at  Mamprobi New Town, Accra containing an approximate area of 0.16 acre bounded  on the North West by proposed road measuring 70 feet more or less on the South  West by vendor’s land measuring 100 feet more or less on the North East by proposed road measuring 100 feet more or less and on the South East by vendor’s land measuring 70 feet more or less. 

c. An order for perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants herein (the Plaintiff in  the said Suit No. IRL/77/2008) by himself, servants or agents from pursuing the  order/judgment mentioned supra against the Plaintiff herein and from interfering in any way what…
