JUDGMENT
The wife/Petitioner prays per the following reliefs;
a. That the marriage in fact between the parties be dissolved.
b. That the Petitioner be granted custody of the two children of the marriage, David and Michael.
c. That the Respondent be ordered to make to the Petitioner maintenance of six hundred and forty cedis (GH¢640.00) per month pending suit as particularised below: i. Feeding for the two children, wife and househelp = GH¢300,00.00 per month.
ii. Toiletries and diapers for children= GH¢100.00 per month.
iii. Salary for househelp = GH¢100 per month
iv. Utilities (Electricity and water)= GH¢40.00 per month
v. Transportation for children to school = GH¢100 per month for 3 months in a term.
d. That the Respondent be ordered to provide suitable accommodation to the Petitioner. e. That upon judgment the Respondent be ordered to pay to the Petitioner lump sum of Fifty Thousand Ghana cedis (GH¢50,000.00)
